Darned, doesn't look like I'll be able to make it to this upcoming livestream in real time -- it's right in the middle of a seventh-day Sabbath from the sunset-to-sunset time frame. Will look forward to the released video afterwards and set myself an extra reminder for that. :)

Will it always be in the middle of a Sabbath for you? Genuinely interested!

Only when it's in between Friday sunset and Saturday sunset. Isaiah 58:13, you know. (cf. Mk. 2:27-28; Rev. 1:10)

I get it, but I’ll have to look up the Bible refs. Thanks very much for answering me!

Yep, no problem; FYI the parallelism between those Bible passages I listed is something the internet may or may not provide consistently reliable info on because of widespread misunderstanding over the "Lord's day" of Revelation, so in case you're interested I so happened to have addressed these theological nuances in sec. III, pt. I, of this Stack I wrote a few days ago: https://adversusbabylon.substack.com/p/cndebunked

Wow, it took me a long time to read your stack. Lots for me to digest-I’m quite young in Christianity, about 3 1/2 years, and I read the Amplified Bible, so I can understand more easily.

Interestingly enough, the subject of which day is the Sabbath has come up a few times lately for me. My husband has many more years of Christianity under his belt than me, and he just came out and told me that we have the Sabbath on the wrong day, it should be Saturday, which of course got me thinking.

Then it was the subject of a Pastor I follow on-line, and a few days later, someone on-line mentioned a theory of the pope calling for everyone to not be travelling on the Sabbath (Sunday in this case),to ease “climate change”, and I said the Sabbath is really Saturday (God rested on the seventh day)-so maybe we could use this argument if his/her prediction was to come true!

So wow again at all the cases for the Sabbath being Saturday coming at me all within about 2 weeks.

We don’t even go to Church, would go to a Pentecostal Church, but none in our area, tried a few CRC churches, but they all seem to be infiltrated with some sort of agenda, and the songs were all wrong (Bethel), and one had even changed the words of “Amazing Grace”, and the closest Church to us is Brit-Israel ! So no Church for us, we have small family discussions, Jesus assures us he’ll be with us.

We’re in Australia, and Churches that I have “known” in my lifetime all have Sunday for their Services. We live very rurally, and can’t travel too far to find a suitable church anyway.

Thanks for your referral to your substack-you’re very knowledgeable Emmanuel

Glad to hear! BTW I'm also "young to Christianity" in a sense since it's only been in the past <3 years that I've started to understand the Scriptures with an increasing solid pace.

Oh yeah, I remember an IRL friend of mine also mentioning to me she also likes to confer with the Amplified Version. AFAIK it comes off better than typical modern translations though apparently was originally based off the RSV so I can't say for sure if it's reliable in rendered meaning all the time.

Yes, the Sabbath day according to the Bible is the seventh day of the week or coinciding on what is commonly called "Saturday." FYI the mainstream terminology for the days of the week in the "Sunday-Saturday" nomenclature are actually of pagan origin, so from a sound biblical standpoint the Sabbath issue rests upon the biblical designation of the weekly cycle and not necessarily how man-made/pagan systems view them, since often turns into a deceptive trickery snare by Sunday Shills into "why are you worshipping Saturday when it's named after the pagan deity Saturn," etc. etc. Though this issue is more of a gloss note on the larger "Sabbath vs. Sunday" debate...

> "someone on-line mentioned a theory of the pope calling for everyone to not be travelling on the Sabbath (Sunday in this case),to ease 'climate change'"

YES, I've heard this EXACT theory as well before. As far as I'm concerned, the final global papal "Sunday Law" agenda will entail a "left" and "right" appeal: for the right-wingers it'll be presented as "promoting Sunday church attendance to restore Christian morality" while to the lefties it'll be sold as "Sunday rest to reduce carbon consumption and fight global warming."

> "they all seem to be infiltrated with some sort of agenda, and the songs were all wrong"

Bingo: the churches at the "mainstream" institutional level were long taken over by a Freemasonic fifth column working for the Anglo-Jesuit cabal. The Pentecostals are pumped with pagan babbling occultism disguised as "gifts of the Holy Spirit" (talk about taking the name of God in vain!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hzBIIuZx9Q&list=PL13eE2x3qhPnEIajgJNc7RzQ4DTdwS_H0&index=23

Absolutely more than welcome, rrodyn, and thank you in return for your kindhearted appreciation for my Stack.
