It's money at the surface level but for the ultimate string pullers, they moved beyond money many generations ago.
This kinda comes with the territory of having net worth in the TENS OF TRILLIONS (as a conservative estimate).
The ULTIMATE motive is CONTROL/DOMINANCE (a.k.a "full spectrum dominance")....ALWAYS!
